Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water

  • 4 chamomile tea bags (or 4 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers)

  • 2–3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon slices or mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Water
Bring the water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.

  2. Steep the Tea
Add chamomile tea bags (or flowers) and steep for 5–7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

  3. Sweeten with Honey
While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Add lemon juice if using.

  4. Chill
Let the tea cool to room temperature, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.

  5. Serve Over Ice
Fill glasses with ice and pour in the chilled tea. Garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint.

Tips:

  • For a floral twist, add a touch of lavender or rose water.

  • You can make a big batch and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with light snacks like almond cookies or fruit slices for a gentle afternoon pick-me-up.
