Chocolate Fudge Swirl
This decadent dessert features layers of creamy vanilla or chocolate base with thick, rich ribbons of homemade chocolate fudge. Serve it chilled as a parfait, pudding cup, or frozen treat.
Ingredients (Serves 4):
For the Vanilla or Chocolate Base (Pudding Style):

2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)

3 tablespoons cornstarch

¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for chocolate base)

Pinch of salt
For the Fudge Swirl:

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons butter
-
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Make the Pudding Base:

In a saucepan (off heat), whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat, cool slightly, then pour into glasses or jars halfway full.
2. Prepare the Chocolate Fudge Sauce:

In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, and salt.

Stir over low heat until smooth and glossy (about 3–5 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
3. Swirl and Chill:

Spoon or drizzle fudge over the pudding.

Use a skewer or toothpick to create a swirl effect.
