Instructions:

Prepare the Ice Cream Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. -
Churn the Ice Cream
Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. -
Add the Cookies
Gently fold in the chopped cookies during the last few minutes of churning or immediately after churning. -
Freeze
