Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)

2–3 slices of cheddar cheese (or a mix: mozzarella, Swiss, Gouda)

1–2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
Instructions:

Butter the Bread
Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. -
Assemble the Sandwich
Place one slice, butter-side-down, into a nonstick skillet. Add cheese on top. Place the second slice of bread over the cheese, butter-side-up. -
Grill Until Golden
Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is fully melted. -
Serve Immediately
Slice in half and enjoy while hot and gooey!
Tips:
