Lychee Lemonade
This refreshing drink blends the delicate sweetness of lychee with tangy lemon juice for a lightly exotic twist on classic lemonade. It's crisp, cooling, and beautiful in a glass.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 cup canned or fresh lychees (plus ¼ cup syrup if canned)

½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, to taste)

1 ½ cups cold water or sparkling water

Ice cubes

Mint leaves and lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions

Blend the Lychee Base
In a blender, combine lychees and a bit of their syrup or a splash of water. Blend until smooth. -
Mix the Lemonade
In a pitcher, combine the lychee purée, lemon juice, sugar or honey (if using), and water. Stir well. -
Serve
Fill glasses with ice. Pour the lychee lemonade over and stir gently. -
Garnish
Add mint leaves and lemon slices to each glass for a refreshing finish.
