-
1 1/2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
-
1 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light, as preferred)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
1/2 cup ice cubes (use more if mango is fresh)
-
Pinch of salt
-
Lime juice (a splash, optional, for brightness)
Instructions:
-
Blend Everything
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Adjust Texture
Add more coconut milk if too thick, or more ice if too thin. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. -
Serve
Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately with a straw and a slice of mango or lime on the rim for a tropical touch.
Tips:
-
For a protein boost, add a scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder.
-
Use frozen mango to make the smoothie thick and extra cold without adding too much ice.
Variations:
-
Mango Coconut Green Smoothie: Add a handful of baby spinach.
-
Mango Coconut Chia Smoothie: Stir in 1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds for fiber and texture.
