Ingredients:

  • 2 cups peeled, chopped ripe peaches (about 3 large peaches)

  • 1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste)

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Peaches
    In a blender or food processor, blend the peaches, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

  2. Make the Ice Cream Base
    In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and salt. Stir in the peach purée until fully combined.
