Peach & Honey Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups peeled, chopped ripe peaches (about 3 large peaches)

1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste)

1 cup whole milk

2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:

Prepare the Peaches
In a blender or food processor, blend the peaches, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. -
Make the Ice Cream Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and salt. Stir in the peach purée until fully combined. -
Chill the Mixture
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully chilled. -
