Rose Milk
Rose milk is a sweet, floral drink made with milk and rose syrup. Popular across South Asia and the Middle East, it’s often served chilled during hot days or festive occasions like Eid and Ramadan.
Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

2–3 tablespoons rose syrup (such as Rooh Afza or homemade)

Crushed pistachios or rose petals, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Mix:
In a jug or blender, combine milk and rose syrup. Stir or blend well until the syrup is fully mixed in and the color is uniform. -
Serve Cold:
Pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with crushed pistachios or edible rose petals if desired. -
Enjoy Immediately:
Best served chilled, especially during hot weather or as a refreshing iftar drink.
