Yuzu Soda
Yuzu soda is a light, citrusy drink made with Japanese yuzu juice, sweetener, and sparkling water. It's tangy like lemon with a floral twist — bold, refreshing, and beautifully aromatic.
Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 tablespoons yuzu juice (fresh or bottled)

1–2 tablespoons honey, agave syrup, or sugar (to taste)

1½ cups chilled sparkling water or soda water

Ice cubes

Lemon or yuzu slices and mint, for garnish
Instructions

Mix Yuzu and Sweetener
In a small pitcher or bowl, stir together the yuzu juice and sweetener until fully dissolved. -
Assemble the Drink
Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the yuzu mixture evenly between them. -
Add Sparkling Water
Top each glass with sparkling water. Stir gently to mix. -
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon or yuzu slice and a sprig of mint. Serve cold and bubbly.
