Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients
– 2 apples – cored and chopped
– 2 bananas – sliced
– 1 cup strawberries – hulled and halved
– 1 cup seedless grapes – halved
– 1 orange – peeled and segmented
– 1 kiwi – peeled and chopped
– 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup – optional
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice – to prevent browning
– A few mint leaves – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Fruit
– Wash, peel, and chop all fruits as needed
– Combine in a large mixing bowl
– Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently
Step 2 – Add the Yogurt
– In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using
– Pour over the mixed fruit
– Gently stir to coat all fruit evenly with yogurt
Step 3 – Chill and Serve
– Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for best flavor
– Serve in individual bowls and garnish with mint leaves
Tips
– Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid mushiness
– Greek yogurt adds a creamier texture and more protein
– Add nuts or granola on top for crunch if desired
