Option 1 – Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

– 1 banana – sliced


– 1/2 cup strawberries – fresh or frozen


– 1/2 cup mango or pineapple chunks – fresh or frozen


– 1/2 cup plain or flavored yogurt


– 1/2 cup orange juice or milk


– 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or natural sweetener – optional


– Ice cubes – as needed

Instructions

– Add all ingredients to a blender


– Blend until smooth and creamy


– Add more juice or milk if needed to adjust consistency


– Pour into glasses and serve chilled

Option 2 – Mango Lassi

Ingredients

– 1 cup ripe mango flesh – fresh or frozen


– 1 cup plain yogurt


– 1/4 cup cold water or milk – for thinning


– 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or honey – adjust to taste


– A pinch of ground cardamom – optional


– Ice cubes – optional

Instructions

– Place all ingredients in a blender


– Blend until smooth and frothy
