Fresh Grape Juice

 Fresh Grape Juice

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2–3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh, seedless grapes (red or green)

  • ½ cup cold water (optional, for a thinner consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves or grape slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Select the Grapes: Choose firm, ripe, and plump grapes. Seedless grapes are ideal for a smooth, easy-to-drink juice.

  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse the grapes under cold running water to remove any dirt, dust, or pesticide residues. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Prepare for Juicing: Remove the grapes from their stems and place them into a blender or juicer.

  4. Blend the Grapes: Blend the grapes until smooth. Add a little cold water if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  5. Strain (Optional): For a smooth, pulp-free juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug. Press gently to extract all the juice.

  6. Sweeten if Desired: Taste the juice and add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar if additional sweetness is preferred. Stir well to combine.

  7. Serve Cold: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing beverage.

  8. Garnish for Presentation: Add a few whole grapes or a fresh mint leaf to each glass for an appealing presentation.
