Fresh Kiwi Juice

 Fresh Kiwi Juice

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2–3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe kiwis

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for a smoother consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves or kiwi slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Select the Kiwis: Choose ripe kiwis that yield slightly to gentle pressure. Avoid overly soft or blemished fruit.

  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse the kiwis under cold running water to remove dirt or residues. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Peel and Slice: Peel the kiwis using a knife or vegetable peeler, then cut them into smaller pieces for easier blending.

  4. Blend the Kiwis: Place the kiwi pieces into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water if desired for a smoother consistency. Blend until fully pureed.

  5. Sweeten if Needed: Taste the juice. Add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar if additional sweetness is desired, and blend briefly to combine.

  6. Strain (Optional): For a smoother, pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.

  7. Serve Cold: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing and vibrant drink.

  8. Garnish for Presentation: Add a fresh mint leaf or a kiwi slice to each glass to enhance visual appeal and aroma.
