 Fresh Mixed Fruit Juice

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2–3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 small apple, cored and sliced

  • 1 small mango, peeled and cubed

  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for smoother consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves or fruit slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Select the Fruits: Choose ripe, fresh, and firm fruits free from bruises or blemishes. Sweet and fragrant fruits enhance the natural flavor of the juice.

  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse all fruits under cold running water to remove dirt or residues. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Prepare the Fruits: Peel, core, and chop fruits as needed into small pieces suitable for blending.

  4. Blend the Fruits: Place all the fruit pieces into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water if desired for a smoother consistency. Blend until fully pureed.

  5. Strain (Optional): For a smoother juice without pulp, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.

  6. Sweeten if Needed: Taste the juice. Add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar if additional sweetness is desired, and stir or blend briefly to combine.

  7. Serve Cold: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing, nutrient-rich beverage.

  8. Garnish for Presentation: Add fresh mint leaves or a few slices of fruit to each glass for an appealing presentation.
