Fresh Peach Juice

 Fresh Peach Juice

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2–3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 ripe peaches

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for a smoother consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves or peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Select the Peaches: Choose ripe peaches that are soft to the touch, fragrant, and free from bruises.

  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse the peaches under cold running water to remove dirt or residues. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Peel and Slice: Peel the peaches (optional, the skin is edible but may affect smoothness) and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into smaller pieces for easier blending.

  4. Blend the Peaches: Place the peach pieces into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water if desired for a smoother consistency. Blend until fully pureed.

  5. Sweeten if Needed: Taste the juice. Add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar if additional sweetness is desired, and blend briefly to mix evenly.

  6. Strain (Optional): For a smooth, pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.

  7. Serve Cold: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing and naturally sweet beverage.

  8. Garnish for Presentation: Add a fresh mint leaf or a thin peach slice to each glass for visual appeal and aroma.
