2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
-
½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for a smoother consistency)
-
1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)
-
Ice cubes (optional)
-
Fresh mint leaves or strawberry slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Select the Strawberries: Choose ripe, firm, and bright red strawberries with fresh green caps. Avoid berries that are mushy or moldy.

Prepare the Strawberries: Remove the green stems (hulling) and slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
-
Blend the Strawberries: Place the strawberries into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water if desired to achieve a smooth consistency. Blend until fully pureed.
-
Sweeten if Desired: Taste the juice. If additional sweetness is needed, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar and blend briefly to mix evenly.
-
Strain (Optional): For a smoother, pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.
-
Serve Cold: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes for a refreshing and vibrant beverage.
-
Garnish for Presentation: Add a fresh mint leaf or a strawberry slice to each glass for visual appeal and aroma.
