Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for a smoother consistency)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on taste)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves or strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Select the Strawberries: Choose ripe, firm, and bright red strawberries with fresh green caps. Avoid berries that are mushy or moldy.

  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse the strawberries under cold running water to remove dirt or residues. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  3. Prepare the Strawberries: Remove the green stems (hulling) and slice them into smaller pieces for easier blending.

  4. Blend the Strawberries: Place the strawberries into a blender. Add cold water or coconut water if desired to achieve a smooth consistency. Blend until fully pureed.

  5. Sweeten if Desired: Taste the juice. If additional sweetness is needed, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or sugar and blend briefly to mix evenly.

  6. Strain (Optional): For a smoother, pulp-free juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.
