Description:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1 tsp ginger juice)

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1–2 tsp honey or sugar syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup sparkling water or soda water (chilled)

  • Ice cubes (as needed)

  • Lemon slice and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or cup, mix the grated ginger with a little hot water and let it sit for 2–3 minutes. This helps release the ginger’s flavor and natural oils.

  2. Strain the mixture to remove the pulp, keeping only the clear ginger-infused liquid.
