Ingredients:

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the lime and mint leaves thoroughly under cold running water. Cut the lime into small wedges.

  2. Muddle the Base: In a glass or jug, add lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar. Gently muddle them using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the lime juice and mint oils.
