Servings: 2–3 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 6–8 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint sprigs and strawberry slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the strawberries, lime, and mint leaves thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and cut the lime into small wedges.

  2. Muddle the Base: In a glass or jug, add sliced strawberries, lime wedges, mint leaves, and sugar. Gently muddle them using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the fruit juices and mint aroma.

  3. Add Ice: Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes to keep the drink cool and refreshing.

  4. Pour in the Soda: Add the chilled sparkling water or club soda over the muddled mixture. Stir gently to combine.
