Naturally sweet and citrusy, Papaya Orange Juice is a refreshing blend that’s rich in vitamin C, digestive enzymes, and tropical flavor. It's a perfect morning energizer or midday cooler, especially during hot weather.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and chopped

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (about 2–3 oranges)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

  • 1/2 cup cold water (or ice cubes)

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend All Ingredients
    In a blender, combine papaya, orange juice, honey or sweetener (if using), water or ice, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (Optional)
    If you prefer a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

  3. Serve Cold
    Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of orange or lime.
