Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lemonade (chilled)

  • 1 tbsp blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)

  • ½ cup soda water or sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon slice and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour in the blue curaçao syrup.

  3. Add the lemonade and stir gently to mix.

  4. Top it up with soda water for fizz.

  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves.

Optional Twist: Add a few drops of lemon juice for extra tang or blend it with crushed ice for a slushy version.
