Cucumber Mint Spritzer
This refreshing spritzer combines fresh cucumber, mint, lime, and sparkling water for a light, fizzy drink that hydrates and refreshes without added sugars or caffeine.
Ingredients (Serves 2):

½ cucumber, thinly sliced

A handful of fresh mint leaves

Juice of 1 lime

2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

1 ½ cups chilled sparkling water or club soda

Ice cubes

Extra mint and cucumber slices, for garnish
Instructions:

Muddle the Base:
In a pitcher or mixing glass, lightly crush the cucumber slices and mint leaves using a spoon or muddler to release their flavors. -
Add Lime and Sweetener:
Stir in the lime juice and honey (if using), then mix well. -
Add Sparkling Water:
Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently. -
Serve Immediately:
Fill glasses with ice and pour the spritzer over. Garnish with mint sprigs and cucumber slices.

For a stronger cucumber flavor, let the base sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before adding the sparkling water.
