 Cucumber Mint Spritzer

This refreshing spritzer combines fresh cucumber, mint, lime, and sparkling water for a light, fizzy drink that hydrates and refreshes without added sugars or caffeine.


Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups chilled sparkling water or club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Extra mint and cucumber slices, for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Muddle the Base:
    In a pitcher or mixing glass, lightly crush the cucumber slices and mint leaves using a spoon or muddler to release their flavors.

  2. Add Lime and Sweetener:
    Stir in the lime juice and honey (if using), then mix well.

  3. Add Sparkling Water:
    Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.

  4. Serve Immediately:
    Fill glasses with ice and pour the spritzer over. Garnish with mint sprigs and cucumber slices.


Tips:

  • For a stronger cucumber flavor, let the base sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before adding the sparkling water.

  • You can use still water instead of sparkling for a non-fizzy version.

  • Add a few basil leaves for a fresh herbal twist.
