Date and Banana Smoothie
Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and soft dates, this smoothie is creamy, filling, and full of nutrients. It’s great for breakfast, suhoor, or a refreshing midday boost.
Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 ripe banana

4–6 soft dates, pitted (Medjool recommended)

1 cup milk (dairy or almond/oat for dairy-free)

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or oats (optional, for extra fiber)

½ cup ice cubes
Instructions:

Soften the Dates (if needed):
If your dates are firm, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes, then drain. -
Blend:
In a blender, combine banana, dates, milk, cinnamon, chia/oats (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Serve:
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, chilled.
