Lemon Cucumber Cooler
This revitalizing drink combines the clean flavors of cucumber and lemon with chilled water and mint. It's cooling, light, and great for hot days, detox moments, or elegant non-alcoholic gatherings.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

Juice of 1 large lemon

1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional)

2 cups cold water or sparkling water

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions

Infuse the Base
In a pitcher or jar, combine cucumber slices, lemon juice, and sweetener if using. Gently muddle to release flavors. -
Add Water
Pour in the cold water or sparkling water. Stir gently. -
Serve
Fill glasses with ice. Pour the cooler over the ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
