Pineapple Ginger Juice

 Pineapple Ginger Juice

This energizing juice combines the sweetness of pineapple with the zing of fresh ginger and lemon for a bright, revitalizing drink that cools and awakens the senses.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or 1 ½ cups pineapple juice)

  • 1–2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated

  • Juice of ½ a lemon (about 1 tablespoon)

  • ½–1 cup cold water (adjust to taste)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Pineapple slices and mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (Optional)
For a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.

  3. Sweeten and Chill
Stir in honey or sugar if desired. Add more water to adjust the strength.

  4. Serve
Pour over ice in glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint.

Tips

  • Use frozen pineapple for a chilled, slushy-style version.

  • Add a few mint leaves while blending for extra freshness.

  • For a spicier kick, increase the ginger slightly — start small and adjust to taste.
