Pineapple Ginger Juice
This energizing juice combines the sweetness of pineapple with the zing of fresh ginger and lemon for a bright, revitalizing drink that cools and awakens the senses.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or 1 ½ cups pineapple juice)

1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional)

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth. -
Strain (Optional)
For a smoother texture, strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a jug. -
Sweeten and Chill
Stir in honey or sugar if desired. Add more water to adjust the strength. -
Serve
Pour over ice in glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint.
